Very modern design of interiors in standard king room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bath. Magnificent and ideal location friendly to Mall or surrounding area, modest restaurants in the local area.

Breakfast disappointing.

variety of food at breakfast, such as tea and milk. comfortable bed, well-organised and nicely furnished room with a balcony and a writing desk.

Hospitable hotel with good and magnificent location just next door to Galleria, shops and restaurants, Houston.

Booked a room with decent views of the Houston downtown. The hotel's location was incredible, very close to the Galleria. In the evening we visited Ara Restaurant, set minutes from the venue.

The breakfast certainly should have been included.

Magnificent decoration, super nice staff and very attentive! . We loved to spend a night there to discover Houston, not far from Galeria and all the places of interest . Starbucks coffee as a bonus!

The ideal location for shopping in Galleria and cleanliness of the rooms.

The quality/price ratio (including services: gym, swimming pool, etc ) which is not as good as it used to be

The location in the Galeria district and close to the motorway entrance is very convenient. The gym is well equipped.

The breakfast buffet is getting smaller and smaller with each trip.

comfort and proximity of the shopping centre, hotel offers a shuttle for trips within a radius of 3mil which is very appreciable.

The pool is very small

Clean room, comfortable space with a nice outdoor swimming pool, and convenient free city shuttle service made my weekend stay enjoyable.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

Hotel staff were not very attentive for this level of hotel.

The bar and the workers there do a wonderful job.

We had so many issues ! They hold an extra hundred dollars a night for your room and they do not inform you.. They charged us twice for our room. We paid in cash when we arrived and they still charged us on our card and now they do not want to refund our money. The room was gross, I would say the room was not cleaned for months. The beds had hair all over them, yellow stains on the pillows, black dirt all over the bed, and the bathroom was tiny and nasty, the towles had green all over and the shower had dirt and snot everywhere! Yes the outside and the lobby is very nice but dont be fooled the rooms are gross ! not worth the money and not a 4 star hotel !

I had a great experience enjoying the nice pool and hitting the gym . The relaxing atmosphere really helped me unwind after a long day. The only small downside was the pillows could've been a bit puffier, so maybe check the closet for extras 😄

I liked the view from our room to the city. We also enjoyed the comfort of the King size bed.
